Terms of use
Mihrab Terms of Use
These terms explain the use of the Mihrab mobile application and its prayer, Quran, hadith, dhikr, worship tracking and zakat tools.
1. General use
Mihrab provides religious utility features and educational content. It is not a fatwa service, a financial advisory service or a replacement for qualified local religious guidance.
2. Prayer times and qibla
Prayer times can vary by location, calculation method, madhab, device settings and local authority practice. Qibla readings can also be affected by sensor quality and calibration. You are responsible for checking important timings against trusted local sources.
3. Religious content
Mihrab presents Quran, hadith, dua, dhikr and religious-day content with source information where available. If you find a content or reference issue, please contact the developer so it can be reviewed.
4. Zakat and price information
Zakat tools are informational. Live gold, silver and currency data can be delayed, unavailable or different from a local market. Seek qualified religious and financial advice before making final decisions.
5. Notifications and device limits
Notifications depend on user permissions, device battery policies, operating system scheduling and notification settings. Mihrab aims to provide useful reminders, but exact delivery cannot be guaranteed on every device state.
6. Your local data
You are responsible for backups you export and for device data you remove. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app may remove locally stored records unless you have kept a backup.
7. Changes
Features, data sources and these terms may be updated as Mihrab improves. The latest published version of these terms applies to the app version you use.
